121 Strategy Session

Everyone's different, we learn everything we need to know about how we can help you.
You'll have a tour of the gym and be walked through everything you need to make training with us a success.
Plus you'll have the chance to use our state of the art Inbody body composition machine and receive some personalised nutrition guidance around your goals.

Small Group Personal Training

Your Kickstart includes 18 session credits to be used throughout the 6 weeks, usually 3 per week but you can be flexible.
With over 40 Small Group Personal Training sessions per week (mornings, evenings and weekends), you will have no issues creating that perfect routine and making progress week on week!
And should you have any queries or concerns we will be on hand to provide you with any support.
