On the call, Debbie (our onboarding coach) can help you discover whether our 6 Week Kickstart is right for you.

Get Started

Once you're signed up, Debbie will arrange your initial Strategy Session.


This is a 121 session with Debbie where she will reconfirm anything we need to know about how we can help you.


You'll have a tour of the gym and be walked through everything you need to make training with us a success.


Plus you'll have the chance to use our state of the art Inbody body composition machine and receive some personalised nutrition guidance around your goals.

Make Progress

This isn't a sign them up and let them loose program, you will be supported and coached throughout.


Be that during our Small Group Strength sessions, our larger Group Fitness sessions or our Nutrition Workshops.


Should you have any queries or concerns we will be on hand to provide you with any support.

Why Perform?

Small Group Strength Training

The foundations of our program are our Small Group Strength training sessions.


This isn't "cardio with weights", here we increase lean muscle and build strength, improving posture and body shape dramatically. 


No matter your ability, we’ll match your needs and preferences to make sure you get the best results from every session while being in an enjoyable, varied and ego-free environment.


Group Fitness & Boxing Classes

Supplement your strength training with your choice of Sweat, Build or Burn, our Group Fitness classes and our all new Box-Strong, Box-Fit and Box, our Boxing Fitness classes.


These sessions are perfect to build aerobic fitness and burn extra calories for increased weight loss.


This isn't a "work you into the ground" bootcamp, our coaches will be sure to match your current fitness level and scale the session appropriately to make sure you get the best results.


Nutrition Guidance

We remove all the fads and complications of nutrition for you by guiding you through our simple but effective system.

Meaning that you will get the results your time and effort deserves.


Without having to follow a ridiculous juice or shake diet, follow some unsustainable meal plan or eliminate the foods you enjoy the most!

Where is the gym?

Do I have to be fit to start?

No. Our members range in age and fitness level. Yes you’ll meet some really fit people here, but they all started somewhere. We will assess your current fitness level and take things at a pace that works for you.

What if I have aches, pains or injuries?

Not a problem. Whilst we’re not physiotherapists, we are highly experienced in creating training programs that work with and ultimately improve a wide range of mobility issues.

How many sessions do I get?

In our 6 Week Kickstart you receive 18 session credits to use throughout the 6 weeks, usually 3 per week but you can be flexible. Extra session credits are available should you want to purchase them once you get started.

 

When are the sessions?

We have a very flexible timetable with sessions running on the hour, weekday mornings (6am – 11am) and evenings (4pm – 8pm), plus Saturday morning (7am – 12pm).

What if I struggle to make all of my sessions?

Don’t worry, if something comes up and you’re away for a few days, let us know in advance and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You’re free to choose if you want to carry on with us with a monthly membership. If you decide Perform isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go but we accept that we cant be all things to all people.
